SOUTH YORKSHIRE, ENGLAND, March 13, 2011 (Press-News.org) The full 1 day course aims to provide people who already have experience in writing tenders, the knowledge and skills to significantly improve their submissions to help them stand out from the crowd and gain more business.
The session is delivered by a mixture of Public Sector buyer experts from the In-tend team and procurement consultants who will look into the tendering process, their submission and how buyers decide who to award the contract to.
Managing Director of In-tend Ltd and Director of Procurement at the University of Sheffield, Steve South will be a key speaker on the course. He has over 30 years experience in private and public procurement and provides an informative and topical perspective on public sector procurement.
Stephen Ashcroft, another key speaker on the course, is an experienced procurement expert and tendering consultant, trainer and mentor for Brian Farrington Ltd.
The course is aimed at businesses of all sizes that currently trade with the Public Sector or would like to in the future. Topics featured on the day, among many others include; Tendering overview, making the short list, standing out from the crowd and meeting the customer needs.

The first of these new sessions will be held on Wednesday 18th May 2011 at Moorgate Crofts Business Centre, Rotherham, South Yorkshire and will include a buffet lunch.
