Children's fitness personality, Randi Hertzberg-Chenkin, well-known for her programs in Elementary schools, Libraries, Camps, Health Clubs and Parks, will be landing in West Hempstead. Randirobics is a specially designed and entertaining fitness program for young children that will excite the audience about moving their bodies and staying fit. With childhood obesity and diabetes on the rise, the Randirobics program provides a practical and enjoyable solution to America's obesity epidemic. Randirobics is a space-age adventure in children's fitness. The program is an interactive fitness entertainment show that features children's sing-along aerobics routines, exercise games, Randi's original songs and a lot of out of this world fun.
Randirobics is a B.O.C.E.S.-approved Arts in Education program.

"The Randirobics program was a no brainer for me," says Vita Zorbo, owner of Lady of America in West Hempstead. "We already provide local women and teens a place where they can begin a workout program in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Why not just introduce the same for their most precious little ones? Starting them at a young age to move and learn about fitness will ensure that they make a healthy habit."

Zorbo says "In addition to the Randirobics program, we also provide ZumbAtomics for Children, Fitness Birthday Parties for ages 4-12, and our FitTeen Program, a free membership for teenage girls 13-17 offered every summer."

For more information on all of our programs, please call Lady of America of West Hempstead at 516-565-5239 or visit http://www.ladyofamerica.com/westhempstead.
