Lady of America West Hempstead Partners with Randirobics

Fitness Made Fun for Children While Providing an Enjoyable Solution to America's Obesity Epidemic

WEST HEMPTEAD, NY, March 18, 2011 (Press-News.org) Lady of America in West Hempstead, NY, located at 400 Hempstead Turnpike, is pleased to announce that it will be launching The Randirobics Kids Club Program with a live free demo class on Sunday, April 3, 2011. Children between the ages of 5-7 only will be blasting off at 12 noon. Space will be limited to the first 25 that register for the demo. Weekly classes will be forming starting April 8th.

Children's fitness personality, Randi Hertzberg-Chenkin, well-known for her programs in Elementary schools, Libraries, Camps, Health Clubs and Parks, will be landing in West Hempstead. Randirobics is a specially designed and entertaining fitness program for young children that will excite the audience about moving their bodies and staying fit. With childhood obesity and diabetes on the rise, the Randirobics program provides a practical and enjoyable solution to America's obesity epidemic. Randirobics is a space-age adventure in children's fitness. The program is an interactive fitness entertainment show that features children's sing-along aerobics routines, exercise games, Randi's original songs and a lot of out of this world fun.
Randirobics is a B.O.C.E.S.-approved Arts in Education program.

"The Randirobics program was a no brainer for me," says Vita Zorbo, owner of Lady of America in West Hempstead. "We already provide local women and teens a place where they can begin a workout program in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Why not just introduce the same for their most precious little ones? Starting them at a young age to move and learn about fitness will ensure that they make a healthy habit."
