HUDSON, OH, March 18, 2011 (Press-News.org) Radcom, Inc., a provider of custom learning solutions, has restructured its staff of professionals and strategic business units (SBUs) for dramatic growth in the next two years. Their four primary SBUs include Training and Development, Technical Communication, Professional Development Training Courses, and Strategic Consulting. Each of these SBUs will help businesses in Northeast Ohio and beyond develop learning solutions to meet the needs of their staff, their customers, and their business partners.
"As a result of this restructuring, we have created more opportunities for career growth within our company," said Angie Dianetti, Vice President of Operations and Finance. Recently promoted staff include: Sharon Jendrisak of Akron to Professional Services Manager, Rob Catalano of Cleveland to Director of Training and Development, and Jennifer Beaujon of Stow to Associate Vice President of Operations. New hires include Stephen Calhoun of North Canton as a Project Writer and Tina White of Stow as a Sales/Marketing Assistant.
