Radcom Reorganizes for Strategic Growth

Northeast Ohio consulting firm restructures and promotes professionals for planned growth in their niche as provider of custom learning solutions

HUDSON, OH, March 18, 2011

Radcom, Inc., a provider of custom learning solutions, has restructured its staff of professionals and strategic business units (SBUs) for dramatic growth in the next two years. Their four primary SBUs include Training and Development, Technical Communication, Professional Development Training Courses, and Strategic Consulting. Each of these SBUs will help businesses in Northeast Ohio and beyond develop learning solutions to meet the needs of their staff, their customers, and their business partners.

"As a result of this restructuring, we have created more opportunities for career growth within our company," said Angie Dianetti, Vice President of Operations and Finance. Recently promoted staff include: Sharon Jendrisak of Akron to Professional Services Manager, Rob Catalano of Cleveland to Director of Training and Development, and Jennifer Beaujon of Stow to Associate Vice President of Operations. New hires include Stephen Calhoun of North Canton as a Project Writer and Tina White of Stow as a Sales/Marketing Assistant.

Bob Dianetti, Founder and President of Radcom stated that, "We're thrilled about the opportunities this restructuring presents. Our new tagline, Custom Learning Solutions, incorporates what we've been doing for 15 years. Whether an organization needs to help employees, customers, or business partners learn about products, process, or professional development, we can create what they need when they need it."

As part of the restructuring of personnel and SBUs, Radcom also enlisted The Impact Group, a marketing firm also located in Hudson, to redesign their website, http://www.radcomservices.com. Rob Catalano, Director of Training and Professional Development said that, "The new website reflects where we're going as a company. It's easy to use, tells potential clients who we are and what we do, uses the best of new and upcoming technologies, and provides solutions to your learning needs."
