eProcessingNetwork Introduces ePNBillPay

New Application to Reduce Business Costs and Increase Payments

2011-03-19
HOUSTON, TX, March 19, 2011 (Press-News.org) eProcessing Network, LLC, the leading payment gateway and software development company in the electronic payment processing industry, announced today the release of ePNBillPay, a value-added web application enabling merchants to manage their accounts receivables, email customer invoices and receive electronic payments—all without a website or expensive accounting software.

Merchants create or import invoices within the ePNBillPay system, or upload invoices created in select QuickBooks versions using ePNPlugIn. From here, merchants can email all or select invoices to their customers. This email contains a link for the customer to go online to pay their invoice using their credit/debit card, check, or gift card. As soon as an invoice has been paid, the merchant receives a notification email and the transaction is added to the merchant's settlement batch.

Accessed within the eProcessing Network Merchant Support Center, ePNBillPay is a perfect solution for merchants mailing out invoices manually or struggling to find a cost-effective, user-friendly online invoicing system. Benefits for this innovative product include:

· Reduction of invoicing costs by avoiding paper invoices
· No need to print, address, and stamp envelopes
· Quicker receipt of customer payments
· Decreased "Bad Check" expenses and late payments
· Elimination of expensive invoice management systems
· Securely stored data on ePN's PCI-compliant gateway
"In keeping with our stellar reputation of creating value-added payment solutions for merchants", stated Steve Sotis, President of eProcessing Network, "ePNBillPay efficiently saves merchants time and money and provides an additional residual stream for Resellers, ISO's and MSP's".

Empowering merchants with cost effective electronic invoicing and A/R management
