HOUSTON, TX, March 19, 2011 (Press-News.org) "The MoneyMan Report" with Dan Frishberg on Monday featured guest Louis Navellier, Chairman and Founder of Navellier & Associates and author of four investment newsletters focused on growth investing: Emerging Growth, Blue Chip Growth, Quantum Growth and Global Growth. He also appears regularly on Bloomberg, Fox News and CNBC.
Dan called Louis Navallier one of the most insightful analysts in the country, saying: "Louis always is right on top of whatever the most effective game being played on Wall Street is at any particular moment."
Louis saw the Japan story as, of course, a human tragedy, but from a market perspective, the creation of a new buying opportunity. "Correction happen, whatever the apparent catalyst," said Navellier on Dan's show. "This is creating a very attractive buying opportunity for investors."
Dan asked, "For those who are largely invested, should they be protecting themselves now so they will be able to buy later when the dust settles?"
"Too late for that now." answered Navallier. "This technical selling will run its course, the opportunities will be profound, and will show up in the second half of 2011. New money printing going on in Japan and a cover for the Fed to keep it up in the U.S. will eventually push money into risk trades."
The G-4 buildout around the world continues, and Navallier particularly likes Spectrum Communications, Acme Packet (APKT), F5 (FFIV), Vmware (VMW), and Marathon Oil (MRO) is his favorite refiner.
Silver Wheaton (SLW) is also a good bet on continued global growth and the inflation eventually brought about by central bank activity.
In his two hour daily MoneyMan Report, Daniel Frishberg has created one of the fastest growing sources of information on investing and trading in the country, now reaching audiences all over the U.S. Dan's program is regularly picked up on major web portals like Market Wire, Forbes, Dow Jones, and Yahoo Finance. His stock picks and strategies are reported regularly by http://www.thestockadvisors.com, AOL and MSN.

Obama Flip-flops on Tort Reform in Medical Malpractice Lawsuits (January 30, 2011)
President Barack Obama appears to have finally caved in to the conservative medical lobby fighting for so-called tort reform. For the first time during his recent "State of the Union" speech he stated that he was now in favor of tort reform in medical malpractice cases limiting the rights of victims to seek monetary damages. This is a total about face from his previous stance which opposed limiting patients damages. It is clear that Obama's change reflects his desire to be re-elected ...

But I Thought I had Full Insurance Coverage on my Car
Several years ago the State of Illinois enacted a mandatory insurance law requiring liability coverage for all motorists and vehicles. At first glance the law appears to address the problem of injuries caused to other motorists and pedestrians by uninsured drivers. Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. As a Chicago Personal Injury Attorney I know the importance of this area of the law which I share here in with motorists and potential clients.
The mandatory insurance law merely requires the purchase ...
