Triathlon Training Coach, Angie Ferguson is in the Top 100 Contestants for Energizer Keep Going Hall of Fame Contest

Triathlon training coach Angie Ferguson of Geared Up Multisport Specialists is one of the Top 100 contestants in the Energizer Keep Going Hall of Fame contest. If chosen, Angie Ferguson plans to donate her $1,000 winnings to the local food bank.

NAPLES, FL, March 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) Team USA member, 12-time Ironman, and USA Level II advanced triathlon training coach, Angie Ferguson is one of the Top 100 contestants for The Energizer Keep Going Hall of Fame contest. This is a national search for everyday people who possess the same persevering spirit as the Energizer Bunny , and use that determination to make a difference.

"The top 10 finalists all receive a $1,000 donation to the charity of their choice," said Coach Angie Ferguson. "With so many local families struggling through these tough economic times, that $1,000 could go a long way through the food bank. A $1,000 donation enables $6,000 in food distributions. I would like to encourage everyone to sign on Thursday and vote. Together we can win this for the food bank and make a difference in our community!"

Fans will have the opportunity to select the 10th Finalist by voting for their favorite Semifinalist. Angie is encouraging everyone in the Southwest Florida community to assist her goal of helping the local food bank by voting on the Energizer Bunny Facebook Fanpage.
