House to Home Relocation specializes in moving older adults and working with their families who may be out of state. Each move is orchestrated by a Senior Move Manager, who caters to the needs of each individual in the process. From planning the overall move to packing, discarding, selling, gifting and donating possessions for the individuals, the Senior Move Manager from House to Home is with the senior until they are unpacked and setup in their new home.
