PRINCE GEORGE, BC, March 24, 2011 (Press-News.org) Timberspan Wood Products has recently increased production of Douglas Fir Bridge Timbers for the Mount Milligan Mine. Timberspan Wood Products is currently supplying Douglas Fir bridge timbers measuring 8 inches x10 inches x 16 feet for the road construction for the mine entrance. Working with Formula Contractors of Prince George, Timberspan Wood Products is expected to increase production for the mine construction that is currently taking place 100 km north of Fort St James BC. This northern British Columbia mine is expected to open in Q1 of 2013 and have a mine life of 20 years.
Timberspan Wood Products continues to work with bridge builders throughout Western Canada and Alaska in the manufacturing of quality Douglas Fir Timbers.
