AMMAN, JORDAN, March 26, 2011 (Press-News.org) Marking the occasion of Mother's Day, Le Meridien Amman, a subsidiary of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, invited its 17 mothers to a seated lunch at 282 Steaks and Lounge.
The culinary team dedicated their time and effort in preparing a special menu for the occasion, which contained special dishes from the recently launched menu of 282 Steaks and Lounge, such as US Certified Angus Beef, appetizers, soup, seafood, and concluded by heart-shaped cakes and Illy coffee.
Mothers received at the end of the celebration valuable gifts, in a setting of pure relaxation and authentic experiences.
Le Meridien Amman's Human Resources Manager, Ms. Rania Srouji, stressed the importance of celebrating this special day by saying: "It gives us great pleasure to attend to the wishes of our mother associates on this particular day. They have offered their lives to the upbringing of this society, and for this successfully and wonderfully achieved task, we salute them."
Coinciding with this celebration, Le Meridien Amman has hosted a breakfast for 150 ladies of Church of Ascension, at the newly renovated Grand Ballroom. The 400 square meter Victorian- style ballroom is decorated with mahogany wooden walls, gold-plated wall-mounted lighting, crystal chandeliers, hand-tufted royal blue carpets, and is the perfect venue for weddings and conferences seating up to 200 guests.
