HOUSTON, TX, March 27, 2011 (Press-News.org) The best-of-class Digisonics Structured Reporting Software was recently purchased by the Ridgecrest Regional Hospital in Ridgecrest, Calif., for OB/GYN ultrasound studies. Digisonics vendor-neutral structured reporting system will integrate with Ridgecrest Regional Hospital's current PACS solution to produce OB/GYN structured reports, perform fetal growth analysis, and as a highly configurable and comprehensive clinical database.
OBLink modules and Digisonics DICOM Gateway software will efficiently transmit patient information and biometry from the facility's three Philips iU22 ultrasound systems to the OB-Windows software. DigiSynch API software will integrate all OB/GYN structured reports with the PACS workstations. Finalized structured reports will then be auto-exported from the Digisonics software back to the PACS solution utilizing a Report-to-PACS interface, for the most accurate and timely report turnaround.
