LONDON, ENGLAND, March 28, 2011 (Press-News.org) Striata, a leading provider of email billing and secure electronic document solutions, has partnered with SincerePrint - a secure printing company based in Malaysia. The partnership will enable SincerePrint to extend its current document management service offering to both print and electronic. Striata's 'email billing' and 'ePolicies' solutions will complement SincerePrint's existing printing services, allowing lower margin paper-based services to be migrated to more cost effective, higher margin, environmentally friendly electronic delivery. The partnership agreement was signed in Hong Kong (and Kuala Lumpur) on 25 February 2011 and it covers Asia Pacific and China, although the immediate focus is on Malaysia.

"Our partnership with SincerePrint will greatly enhance our current activity in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region. SincerePrint's experience in secure printing, document management solutions and business process outsourcing throughout this region will generate new business opportunities for us," says Keith Russell, Sales Director, Striata Asia Pacific.

SincerePrint will implement Striata's email billing solution for it's clients in the financial sector and Striata's Secure eDocument Delivery solution - ePolicies, for it's clients in the insurance industry.

"With the current trend towards greener, more environmentally friendly delivery channels for bills and statements, Striata's solutions are an ideal fit to meet this market demand. We are now able to provide our current and potential clients with a secure and effective electronic delivery channel, ultimately expanding our current document delivery options," says Hor Yew Jin, Senior Vice-President, Business Process Outsourcing.

Our current banking clients can now also offer email billing as a service, without having to source another service provider. Our clients in the insurance industry sector, are well suited to Striata's Secure eDocument Delivery solutions - with proportionately more expenses stemming from extensive paper output than most, insurers have significant cost savings to gain by eliminating paper communications," explains Hor.

By partnering with Striata, SincerePrint will be able to meet all its customers' document delivery requirements, while experiencing a significant ROI, enhanced processes and reducing the impact that printing and delivery of paper documents has on the environment.
