ST. LOUIS, MO, March 30, 2011 (Press-News.org) Contact Physicians, a company that provides electronic data files of physician records and contact information recently launched and is available for purchase. Contact Physicians uses advanced technology to deliver the most accurate and up-to-date physician contact information available to enhance interactive marketing programs.
"There is a strong demand for high email deliverability rates to physicians," said Lori Barnes, Regional Director of Contact Physicians. "Contact Physicians meets that demand by constantly testing our data to ensure it is accurate. We provide access to more than 27,000 physicians in the graduating class of 2012 and when physician information changes or additional information is gathered on a candidate, we send a quarterly update to the user free of charge."
Contact Physicians provides access to physician data files for 43 physician specialties. The physician's first and last name, medical specialty, medical education, organization address, organization phone number and a deliverable work email address are all provided in a user-friendly format. Data files may also be supplemented with personal information such as a home telephone, cell phone and personal email address.
"Many physicians now prefer to be contacted initially through email rather than phone," said Brett Walker, Director of Physician Recruitment at Indiana University Health, who was a pilot program user. "The Contact Physicians product reflects the shift we have seen in how we begin our marketing and recruiting efforts. Contact Physicians provides the right information in an affordable and easy-to-use package."
Once a file is purchased, users have unlimited access to the data. The price of the service is directly tied to the number of records in each file, plus users can opt to purchase all available specialties or pick and choose the ones they need. Updates to files that have already been purchased are provided free of charge.
