Richter and Grusd Named Top 20 Sperry Van Ness Advisors Nationwide

Doug Richter and Ian Grusd of Sperry Van Ness | Richter Grusd, a commercial real estate brokerage firm serving New Jersey, were both named Top 20 Advisors in the US for 2010 by Sperry Van Ness International (SVNI). The Managing Directors of the Metropark based company were recognized out of more than 800 SVNI advisors and honored last month at an awards ceremony.

"The last two years have been a challenge for the real estate industry, but we definitely saw improvement in 2010," says Richter. "We are bullish for 2011 as interest rates remain at historical lows and companies gain confidence to purchase and lease properties."
