TAPPAN, NY, April 09, 2011 (Press-News.org) Carol Fraser Boles is a former public school K-12 Reading Specialist and special education teacher and is the literacy specialist for the National Writing for Children Center. In addition to a Master's degree in Special Reading, Carol is certified in Special Education and has an Educational Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Carol is also a freelance writer. She writes nonfiction for parents and teachers and fiction and nonfiction for children.
