Lee Enterprises Adds Senior Level Government Consultant To Its Team of Experts

Earl Stout II joins Lee Enterprises Biodiesel Consulting Group

2011-04-10
LITTLE ROCK, AR, April 10, 2011 (Press-News.org) Biodiesel consulting group, Lee Enterprises of Little Rock, Ark., is pleased to announce the addition of Earl Stout II to its team of biofuels consultants. Stout received his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his Master's Degree in Management from Central Michigan University. He is retired U.S. Army Lt. Colonel with over 40 years of experience in the government and private sectors. Stout owns Stout Solutions Group, the first Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business to provide biodiesel to the Federal Government's Department of Veterans Affairs. He has trained over 4000 U.S. and foreign military officers and civilians in logistics, data processing, financial and management functions, and has written business plans for biodiesel projects as far away as Libya and Mauritania (North Africa).

"Earl has a very long history in dealing with the federal government and will be a tremendous asset to our clients looking to sell biodiesel to the government, and bigger industries such as cruise ships and airlines" says Wayne Lee, principal owner of Lee Enterprises. "He has performed studies for Department of Homeland Security's US Coast Guard and Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Department of the Interior's Bureau of Land Management and National Park Service, and the US Army, and is well experienced in financial reviews, business plans, and feasibility studies." As "icing on the cake", Lee notes that Stout brings another talent to the group by being well versed in employee benefits for biodiesel plant employees. "This is a relatively untouched area. As the industry continues to grow, it will command more attention," says Lee. "Earl possesses a very unique skill set that stands to benefit biodiesel clients in many ways," says Lee, "and I am very excited to have him as a member of our group".

Stout notes that he has developed budgetary models for biodiesel plants that we used to raise $30 million in venture capital, and has served as a Senior Financial Analyst and Plant Comptroller for Mobil Chemical. "Lee Enterprises Consulting is the largest biodiesel consulting group in the world," says Stout, and they are a real breadth and depth of knowledge in the business. I am excited to be part of this group as alternative fuels continue expansion worldwide."
