Unlimited Video Workshop April 26th Hosted by Recognized Video Experts Kenn Renner and Joshua Geary

Experience a hands-on video workshop hosted at the Sente Learning Center by Kenn Renner and Joshua Geary April 26th, 2011, in Austin, Texas.

2011-04-13
AUSTIN, TX, April 13, 2011 (Press-News.org) Unlimited Video Workshop is offering a live seminar at the Sente Learning Center on Tuesday, April 26, 2011, from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CT). Taught by Kenn Renner and Joshua Geary, the step-by-step workshop will teach participants easily create videos and how to make the transition from conventional websites to video-oriented websites.

Ninety percent of real estate purchases start online; however, more than ninety percent of all realtors either do not create or promote online video to promote themselves or the clients they represent.

Online marketing has changed over recent years and now video is dominating the Internet. Within only a few years, more than half of all online advertising will have video. Most people under 40 would rather go to YouTube than use Google to find information. In fact, last year Facebook noted a 2100% increase in viewers who preferred watching videos. The workshop is for those who recognize that it's time to take their business to YouTube.

What Will Be Covered In the Workshop?:

Attendees Will Learn:
- How to easily create videos using Flip cams or still photos
- How to edit video in 5 minutes or less
- How to set up, customize, and optimize your YouTube channel
- Where and how to post your videos for maximum impact and exposure
- What kind of videos make you more money (see Kenn's $70,000 G.C.I. video) $$$
- How to get thousands, even millions of views
- How to rank your videos on the first page of Google and YouTube
- How to get more buyers and leads with video
- Video as a proven listing tool
- Make your flyers and signs come alive with video
- Become the recognized authority in your market with video
- Get face to face with your customers with video email
- Mobile video applications with QR codes, mobile apps to generate leads $$$
- How to dominate your niche using video
- How to maximize video in social media marketing

You will walk away with a video creation and marketing workbook, your own YouTube channel with your first video upload, and all the resources you need to become a competent video marketer.

About the speakers:

Kenn Renner, Keller Williams Realty

Kenn Renner has presented seminars since 1994. His early seminars taught first time homebuyers how to get started. His seminars later branched out to numerous other topics like finance, time management, and goal setting.

Although Renner initially had problems creating videos in 2006 because of the problem with multiple format incompatibility, these problems became obsolete once YouTube was launched and ushered in a whole new wave of online video technology.

After the real estate market crashed the market for seminars on teaching people how to buy real estate also dwindled, so Renner offered seminars on business and productivity topics.

He also made videos for the real estate market, focusing on selling homes with videos offering a virtual tour of homes for sale.

His YouTube channel now has over six million views, which out ranks Remax, Coldwell Banker, Century 21 and Keller Williams International YouTube channels combined. His YouTube channel is currently the #1 viewed real estate YouTube video channel in the nation.

Joshua Geary, Internet Marketing Specialist

With over a decade of online marketing experience, Joshua Geary is regarded as one of the top online marketers in the industry. He is best known for his ability to generate top search engine rankings for both websites and YouTube videos through the use of online video and social media marketing.

Joshua adamantly believes online video is now the biggest opportunity to reach an online audience, yet most businesses fail to leverage video to drive both targeted traffic and leads to their online business. Once an online video is ranked at the top of YouTube and Google, Joshua characterizes these videos as the gift that keeps on giving and the answer to success in online marketing.

Joshua has generated tens of thousands of online leads in the real estate IRA market since 2005. His video published in August 2008 ranks on the first page of Google and has received 325,225 YouTube views.
