Crossover Mainstream Metal/Hard Rock act Cours d'Anges, the moniker for solo artist Carson Sipes, announced the upcoming May 5, 2011 Release of its Debut Album 'Restoration' on iTunes.The Album boasts 12 original tracks that span multiple styles including hardcore metal, rock, alternative and pop, plus a rock orchestration of the famed composer Aaron Copland's piece 'Fanfare for the Common Man' (tentative; licensing pending).
In the official Cours d'Anges write-up about the Album, Carson is quoted as saying, "The album was designed to reach people where they live in a way that's raw and real in its intensity while still being accessible...I really want just about anybody to be able to find something...that they can say 'wow...that really hits me where I live' about. And I think it does that."

The album was recorded and produced by Sipes in his own studio and mastered by Sanjay Patel of Full Power Mastering, Berkeley, California.
