2011-04-15
LITTLE ROCK, AR, April 15, 2011 (Press-News.org) Biodiesel consulting group, Lee Enterprises of Little Rock, Ark., is pleased to announce the formation of a strategic alliance with nationally known recruiting group, Executive Recruiting Group of Ft. Myers, Florida. The recruiting group has assigned George "Mason" Carpenter to work directly with Lee Enterprises in finding experienced professional employees for biodiesel plants. Carpenter is a Senior Executive Recruiter specializing in the recruiting and placing of candidates in the Alternative Energy sector. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant and has placed engineers, scientists, project managers, and traders/risk managers, in alternative energy companies across the U.S.

"Being the world's largest biodiesel consulting firm, we naturally get a quite a number of inquiries from plants looking for managers, chemists, and other professionals, and from individuals looking for employment" said Wayne Lee, principal owner of Lee Enterprises Consulting. "Executive Leadership Solutions is well known in alternative fuels recruiting" says Lee. "Their Managing Partner, Brian Wright, serves as the Vice President and Membership Chair on the Board of Directors for the Pinnacle Society, a consortium of the 75 highest volume executive recruiters in the United States, and has served as the Vice Chairperson for the National Association of Executive Recruiters" says Lee, "and the group has quite a few recruiters in alternative energy". Lee notes that the recruiting group's overall strength, and the assignment of Carpenter to work directly with his consulting firm were the major factors in forming this alliance. "When we look at strategic alliances such as we have a law firm and engineering group, we look at only the 'top guns' in the businesses" says Lee. In this case, Mason has been recruiting for a long time, works with a prominent company, and has a good pipeline of jobs and people and a proven track record in alternative fuels positions" says Lee. "We could not be happier to have Mason as our liaison to our newest alliance".

Both Wright and Carpenter note that alliance with Lee Enterprises was a natural fit for their group. "This biodiesel consulting group has the best professionals in the industry and a track record of successes" says Carpenter. "They are the largest consulting group in the industry, and not much occurs in the biodiesel field that does not come through their group in one way or another", says Wright. "We are excited to have formed this alliance and ready to assist with all their recruiting needs"
