Kent Station Donates $5,000 to GRCC Foundation through "Moolah for Schoolah" Fundraiser

With the help of Kent Station customers, March's Moolah for Schoolah scholarship fundraiser raised enough money to provide four scholarships for Green River Community College students. The scholarships will be awarded to local Kent students who have achieved excellent academic standing and are in financial need. Some of the past recipients have said that they would not have been able to attend higher education classes without the scholarship. Since Moolah for Schoolah began in 2007, Kent Station has provided 19 scholarships totaling nearly $25,000.
