April 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) Yesterday Scionis Medical launched an App for Android Tablets and Phones called Espresso Family Practice. This tool allows Family Medicine Physicians to perform and record Assessments, Exams and Clinical Scores typically used in their day-to-day practice.
This software App was designed to change the way Medical Records are kept by Family Medicine Physicians, allowing them to Evaluate, Assess and Score the health status of their patients in a fast and pragmatic way.
Espresso Family Practice contains the most Relevant Assessments, Exams and Scores generally needed by Family Practice Physicians and General Practitioners (UK/Europe).
Espresso Family Practice was designed to be used in a wide variety of scenarios/contexts by Family Medicine Physicians, namely: On their private practice, On house calls, On their hospital rounds, At home, when reviewing cases.
Since this app is designed for Mobile devices, there are really no limits to where and when it can be used.
If Physicians don't find the assessment, score or exam they need in the tool, Scionis is offering a service to create the assessment they want at their request.
This is the first product of a suite of products targeted at different medical specialties that Scionis Medical will be launching in the next few months.
