Keep Clearing Corporation appoints Richard Morganstern to Marketing Position

Morganstern, who has more than 18 years in the financial services industry, will focus on expanding Keep Clearing's market in financial analytical software for lenders and portfolio managers.

NEW YORK, NY, April 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) Keep Clearing Corp. announced today that Richard Morganstern has joined the Manhattan-based investment firm as Executive Vice President for Marketing and Sales. Morganstern, who has more than 18 years in the financial services industry, will focus on expanding Keep Clearing's market in financial analytical software for lenders and portfolio managers. "It is more important than ever for financial firms who desire quality monitoring and analytical ability," said Morganstern."I'm thrilled to be part of Keep Clearing's leading financial team."

Commenting on the appointment, CEO Samuel Boyd said: "Rich is an industry veteran with a good deal of experience in the realm of investing. His solid relationships in the financial community with banks and service providers will help us grow and to expand our business worldwide."

Morganstern has been chief operating officer, chief credit officer and the executive director of a $1 billion community bank and was a manager in the world financial institutions group at what was then the U.S. seventh largest bank. "He comprehends the business and lending risks financial institutions are facing, as well as the challenges we are presented with today," said Boyd.

Morganstern graduated from Arizona State University and has an MBA from the Cal State Northridge. A southern California resident for over 20 years, Morganstern has worked for Pacifica National Bank, Valley Bank, and Alliant Bank.
