Fashion Gives Combines Theatre and Fashion to Wow Wyoming

Plato's Closet Cheyenne Presents the First Annual Fashion Show to Benefit The Cheyenne Little Theatre

BOULDER, CO, April 21, 2011 (Press-News.org) Plato's Closet Cheyenne announced today the first annual FASHION GIVES: A Show of Epic Theatrical Proportions, benefiting The Cheyenne Little Theatre to take place on April 29.

The fashion show, held at The Historic Atlas Theatre in Cheyenne, will be a theatrical production mixing fashion, theatre and music. Models will be elaborately dressed and are members of the community donating their time to the cause.

"We want to give back to the community in a creative, artistic way," said Renee Jelinek owner of Plato's Closet Cheyenne and curator of FASHION GIVES. "This show will not only bring some interesting culture to the community, it will help hundreds of people learn and enjoy theatre by helping fund to The Cheyenne Little Theatre."

Music will be provided by DJ RJ-BEATZ, clothes are provided by Plato's Closet Cheyenne and professional hair styling and make-up donated by local salons. All proceeds from ticket sales will go towards funding The Cheyenne Little Theatre Players, which is a non-profit that brings high quality, community-based entertainment to Wyoming, northern Colorado and western Nebraska.

FASHION GIVES will be held on April 29 at 8p.m. Doors open for the event at 7p.m. Ticket prices will be $5 for balcony seating, $10 for general admission and $20 for VIP seating, which includes a gift bag. Tickets can be purchased at the Plato's Closet store location at 1637 Stillwater Ave, Cheyenne, WY.
