ST. LOUIS, MO, April 21, 2011 (Press-News.org) Pharmacy Services, Inc. completed a private equity transaction with eMedicalFusion, LLC., a newly formed Missouri corporation, on March 28, 2011. The new corporation was capitalized from the assets of eMedicalFusion, LLC. , owned by Andre D. Etherly, and additional cash contributions from Pharmacy Services, Inc. and Diana Baumohl. In addition, Pharmacy Services, Inc. signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement to help eMedicalFusion quickly gain market share.
Bellevue Pharmacy, led by principal officers Jake Wilson, Paul Hueseman and John DaVault, is a PCAB-Accredited compounding pharmacy, passionately supporting the practice of individualized medicine for physicians and patients nationwide. Many of Bellevue Pharmacy's clients are potential users of eMedicalFusion, and the two firms have agreed to terms of a "win-win" Strategic Alliance Agreement that promises to provide benefits for the pharmacy, its physician clients and patients. Jake will serve on the Board of eMedicalFusion, LLC.
Andre D. Etherly, CEO and Chief Technology Officer of the Virginia-based eMedicalFusion, LLC., will continue as CEO and Chief Technology Officer of the new company.
