BRISTOL, CT, September 13, 2010 (Press-News.org) The first webinar, Top 10 Keys to Successful Blended Learning, will be presented to the Metro DC chapter of ASTD on 15 September at noon. The second will be presented in conjunction with Jennifer Hofmann, of InSync Training, on 16 September at 6pm Eastern to the Charlotte chapter of ASTD. The latter presentation focuses on multi-venue blended learning offerings and is titled Getting InSync!

Miner and Hofmann are co-authors of Tailored Learning: Designing the Blend that Fits (ASTD Press, June 2009), an instructional guide for designing successful blended curricula in the workplace. The book spotlights the design of a sales training curriculum in all delivery forms: self-study, classroom, and a blended option; discussing the pros and cons of each delivery method throughout.
