The latter presentation focuses on multi-venue blended learning offerings and is titled Getting InSync!
Miner and Hofmann are co-authors of Tailored Learning: Designing the Blend that Fits (ASTD Press, June 2009), an instructional guide for designing successful blended curricula in the workplace. The book spotlights the design of a sales training curriculum in all delivery forms: self-study, classroom, and a blended option; discussing the pros and cons of each delivery method throughout.
