Heaven Las Vegas Wins Best Off-Premise Party Promoter Award
2011-04-30
NEW YORK, NY, April 30, 2011 (Press-News.org) Heaven Las Vegas has won the Sybarite award as the Best Off-Premise Swingers Party Promoter. The award was presented by HedoOnline founder and Playboy TV hostess Lola Bastinado. "Off-Premise" promoters are one of the most complicated categories in the adult industry, as these are non-facilities based, professionally licensed event production companies who establish relationships with multiple bars, restaurants, hotels, resorts and locations where they host both semi-private and exclusive takeovers for the swinger community. The Sybarites annually recognize these hard working party hosts on behalf of the swinging lifestyle.

"We are thrilled to win this award" said April and Darren Hurst, owners of Heaven Las Vegas "We set out to host and promote events that we would want to attend ourselves as swingers, and to build a community where our guests feel at home. We are touched that so many of our friends and guests voiced their opinion in this way, and to be recognized by such a prestigious industry award is amazing."

The Sybarite awards are held annually to recognize the best of the adult industry catering to the community of 150 million swingers. By definition, a "sybarite" is a term describing someone fond of pleasure and luxury. The voting process culminates with a huge erotic dance party and celebration every April, including live performances by numerous celebrities and adult industry stars. On this night, the mindset of competition is aborted in the spirit of sharing, networking, and hot erotic swinger fun.

Maternal obesity puts infants at risk

2011-04-30
DENVER – Babies born to obese mothers are at risk for iron deficiency, which could affect infant brain development, according to a study to be presented Saturday, April 30, at the Pediatric Academic Societies (PAS) annual meeting in Denver.
