Q3 Contracting employs roughly 530 people, bringing in approximately $70 million per annum. However, being smaller, and more importantly being privately owned, has its advantages. "Being privately owned has its advantages; we noticed this especially as mergers started taking place in our sector. It gives customers the ability to speak with the decision-makers and make more timely decisions," says President and CEO Jay Osborn.
