RALEIGH, NC, April 30, 2011 (Press-News.org) After expanding their ranks and clientele base in late 2010 and early 2011, Triangle-based strategic branding agency Holy Cow Branding has implemented plans to continue growth by creating a data division through a merger with Rg-Analytics, a company that specializes in data and operations analysis. The merger of the two companies, which occurred on April 1, will allow Holy Cow to bolster its unique brand strategy offerings with enhanced data analytics.
Rg-Analytics provides information gathering, data management, data architecture, and the development of real-time interactive applications and custom databases. Reuben Gradsky, certified Microsoft expert and CEO of Rg-Analytics, says of the merger, "This union will enable Holy Cow to exceed clients' expectations by presenting them with analysis techniques tailored to their organizations, and will provide them with actionable data and metrics that give a better picture of returns and the effectiveness of strategic initiatives."
The merger will position Holy Cow as the Triangle's premier firm specializing in data-centric brand engagement. "Rg-Analytics provides an invaluable service, and we're excited to have the opportunity to take advantage of it by merging the two businesses and creating an in-house data division," said Lorana Price, CEO of Holy Cow. "From here on in, we will be able to conduct more in-depth analysis, resulting in better services and results for our clients."
Because of the merger and the recent addition of new personnel, Holy Cow has outgrown its former offices in Cary, and has moved its base of operations to a new, larger office space on Glenwood Avenue, in northwest Raleigh.
