Jack Warden Founds Intelligence Insights

Consulting firm helps tech companies navigate the Intelligence Community

ALEXANDRIA, VA, April 30, 2011 (Press-News.org) Jack Warden, formerly CEO of Verity Inc., today announced he has founded Intelligence Insights, LLC (www.iinsightsllc.com), a consulting firm whose primary mission is to assist its industry clients in navigating the Intelligence Community. With over 25 years of experience in the software industry, Warden brings significant depth of knowledge in providing technology services and solutions for the government marketplace.

"I'm excited to embark on this new opportunity," said Warden. "I've worked extensively in the Intelligence Community, and I'm looking forward to helping companies that provide valuable solutions bring innovative technologies to this unique space, to help support the nation's most critical operations."

Before embarking on this new venture, Warden served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board of Verity Inc., part of Autonomy Corporation PLC, a leader in Meaning Based Computing & Enterprise Search. Before serving at Verity, Jack held the position of Vice President of Convera's Commercial and Federal Sales operations. In addition to direct sales and marketing, Warden managed a broad network of channel partners and resellers. Mr. Warden played a large role in establishing Convera as a leading supplier of search and categorization solutions to a wide variety of government organizations and commercial enterprises worldwide. Before Convera, he worked for several other fast-growth and market leading technology companies, including INGRES Corporation, Unify, and Information Builders.

Mr. Warden is a member of the Advisory Board for Kiernan Group Holdings LLC, a global consulting firm for law enforcement and security.
