MEMPHIS, TN, May 05, 2011 (Press-News.org) The physicians of Memphis Obstetrics and Gynecological Association, PC (MOGA) are pleased to announce the addition of Ami Jennings as Director of Practice Operations.
According to Robert Burns, CEO of the practice: "I had been holding out for the right person for this position and couldn't be happier that I did! Ami served as an office manager with our practice for several years, and is now returning after a brief term with a small practice in Oxford. Her inter-personal skills and experience in both the clinical and managerial settings will be a major asset for MOGA."
A native of Senatobia, MS, Ami Jennings is married with two children. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and watching football. Her previous employment with MOGA has included four years as a medical assistant, three years as office manager at the DeSoto location, and two years as office manager at the Germantown location. She has also worked as a paramedic for Emergystat, covering the Sardis and Clarksdale areas.
Regarding her new position, Jennings states: "I am looking forward to this opportunity to develop our practice. We have several new ventures in process for MOGA, including an online patient portal, communication through social media, and on-site mammography and bone density scanning at certain offices. I am always looking for ways to make MOGA a more comfortable place for our patients."
