WHAT: National Center for the Learning Environment presents Lean, Green Educating Machine. This event will focus on "green" practices as it relates to educational facilities and management. The conference includes cutting edge presentations, prominent speakers and special networking opportunities.

WHO: The National Center for the Learning Environment is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve and enhance the learning environment for all students through research, best practices, community involvement, development and research. The conference features leaders in education and green industry professionals making presentations and moderating special events.
WHY: NCLE believes it is essential to take a holistic approach to improving our schools and addressing the challenges they face. Funding is one of these challenges. The Lean Green Educating Machine Conference will teach school leaders, teachers and the community ways to save through "green" practices.
