Italy 2011: Quality and Lifestyle is set to a Hong Kong showcase of everything that the nation is famous for, from fast cars and classical music to fine dining and sculpture.

Central to the event will be the Italian Film Festival, which opens at Elements Mall's Grand Cinema on June 7th and runs for five nights.

It will feature screenings of a number of popular movies, including A Heart Elsewhere, The Second Wedding Night and The Youngest Son.

Tickets are available from the cinema box office priced at HK$65 (GBP5) for adults and HK$50 for concessions.

Other highlights include the Anita Garibaldi 150th Anniversary Concert, a tribute to the wife of Italian revolutionary Giuseppe Garibaldi.

The show will be held at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts' (HKAPA's) Concert Hall venue on June 12th, with admission costing HK$250.

Sculpture and vehicle exhibitions are also set to run during the festival.

Italy 2011 will kick off with a drinks reception at the Central Plaza Sky Lobby on June 2nd.
