Chacker, was elected to the Board of Governors for the Philadelphia Bar Association. Board members were elected in December and began serving their three-year term on January 1, 2011.

Brain S. He received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
