More than 100 exhibitors are set to take part in the event at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, offering attendees guidance on everything from the condition of their body to the wellbeing of their mind and soul.

Among the businesses that will be showing off their various products and services at the event are Sports Medicine Australia, Gold Coast Tourism and Reader's Digest HealthSmart Magazine.

Accredited dietician Michael Lawler will also be on hand to give two cooking demonstrations per day.

The GCHFE is due to run from June 17th to 19th.

For AU$45, adults can purchase a pass that gains them entry to the whole event, although single-day tickets are also available for AU$19.50.

Concessions can enjoy the expo for AU$15 per day and under-14s are allowed in free of charge.

The venue is located in the heart of Broadbeach, on the corner of the Gold Coast highway and TE Peters Drive.
