Ms. Shifrin, an experienced Ohio Social Security Disability lawyer, is the elected Treasurer to NOSSCR's Board of Directors for 2009-2010, as well as a board representative from the Sixth Circuit. She is up for re-election at the Chicago NOSSCR conference.
