The sold-out Philadelphia CLE, "Creative Lawyering from Investigation to Verdict," encompassed topics such as developing theories to maximize recoveries; advancing those theories during discovery and at trial; questions, answers and advice; and ethics for trial lawyers.
More than 100 Pennsylvania attorneys attended the CLE, at which Feldman Shepherd trial lawyers Alan M. Feldman, Ezra Wohlgelernter, Daniel S. Weinstock, Roberta D. Pichini, Daniel J. Mann, Jason A.
