Caroline was born and raised in New York City, where she began her event planning career in 1988, as an apprentice to a wedding planner and later founded White Glove Event Production in 2003 and most recently Posh Floral & Events. Caroline LaRocca Event Design debuted in 2010, with a mission to further customize events and provide cutting edge technology for room transformations, sound, lighting, and entertainment. Her staff is comprised of floral designers, carpenters, AV techs, and energetic set designers.

Caroline is working on her first book, This Is Not Your Mother's Wedding, A Guide for the Divinely Modern Bride, a witty, heartfelt journey through wedding planning that encourages the modern day bride to stay in her power without conforming to the pressures of family, friends, and especially the wedding industry. It's the "anti-trend" manual for the modern bride, who likes to do things her own way. Her wedding so beautifully reflects her style, her energy, and her love. Caroline's blog, The Divinely Modern Bride, presents her musings on related topics.

Caroline is the on air host and event designer for Fox's ROYAL MOTHER OF ALL WEDDINGS, a network wedding promotion, in which viewers follow the planning of a real life wedding in Virginia. It aired in March 2011, culminating in a Fall 2011 wedding.
