Third party servicing has been highly successful in the US for five years and now the company is looking to offer Pitney Bowes Technical Services in Europe.
Pitney Bowes Technical Services provides installation, warranty cover, preventative maintenance, upgrade and repair services for a wide range of digital, networked and mechanical systems, enabling companies to have a single, neutral supplier for all their servicing needs.
Although the expansion of vendor independent servicing into Europe is new, the company has a proven track record in maintaining its own solutions for its 2 million worldwide customers.
