Premier Microsoft Gold Certified CRM Consulting & Training Firm Expands Acclaimed Boot Camp Series

2011-05-27
CARY, NC, May 27, 2011 (Press-News.org) Business IT Professionals, Inc. (Biz IT Pro), a premier Microsoft Gold Certified CRM consulting & training firm, is now offering a CRM training boot camp for the newly released CRM 2011. This boot camp, to be held in the Raleigh-Durham Metro area beginning on July 18, 2011, is the latest in a popular nationwide series of BizITPro boot camps, and the first in an upcoming series of BizITPro boot camps covering the exciting new features of CRM 2011.

Biz IT Pro's certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM instructors will teach both customer relationship management professionals and developers basic CRM implementation; use of new marketing and account management tools; and equip them with the skills necessary to handle specific issues that may be encountered in the planning and execution of custom Dynamics CRM projects.

Biz IT Pro's initial Certification boot camp, from Monday, July 18 to Saturday, July 23, will cover 9 days worth of new Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 training in 6 intense days of certification preparation. It includes the following courses:

• 80291: Sales Management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
• 80290: Marketing Automation in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
• 80292: Service Management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
• 80293: Service Scheduling in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
• 80296: Installation and Deployments in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
• 80294: Customization and Configuration for Microsoft CRM 2011

Upon completion of the Certification Boot camp, Biz IT Pro will offer additional training for technical users and .Net developers wishing to become more proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Attendees of the Certification boot camp interested in gaining more experience are encouraged to stay on and attend the *Workflow in Dynamics CRM* class which requires no developer skills.

Biz IT Pro's Developer boot camp , which overlaps with the Certification boot camp, runs Friday, July 22 to Thursday, July 28 and includes:

80294: Customization and Configuration for Microsoft CRM 2011
80003A: Workflow in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 *
8029E: Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for .Net developers **

* At this time, the CRM 4.0 workflow class is the only class available to teach the workflow side of processes, so we will continue to teach that class with an overview to new process functionality.

** The New CRM 2011 Extending class is not out yet, but is due to be available in time for this event. We are writing our own extending content for a major international consulting company, so we will substitute that if the MSFT courseware is late.

"The nationwide success of our boot camps is a testament to the fact that we are running one of the top training programs in the country," said Steve Noe, president of Biz IT Pro. "Our training personnel are at the head of the industry; they are all full-time, certified CRM experts who use the software on a daily basis. Their experience enables us to provide training that goes far beyond certification requirements to arm customers with solutions to real world CRM issues." Noe went on to explain that the training doesn't stop there though: "With the latest release of Dynamics CRM 2011, we are using the new Dynamics CM 2011 content to make sure that our students are as prepared as possible for the new version of CRM."
