National mega-developer Chris Semarjian of Industrial Commerce Ltd. from Cleveland, a main man behind the Progress Park (GM Moraine) and Air Commerce (UPS/Emery) plans in Dayton, Ohio, will appear on a leading Dayton Sunday TV documentary program, "WHIO-TV Reports," tomorrow at 11 a.m.

"WHIO-TV Reports" airs on Channel 7, the CBS affiliate owned by Cox Media Group.

Mr. Semarjian is Managing Member of Industrial Commerce Ltd. of Cleveland which, along with Industrial Realty Group (IRG) of Los Angeles, is readapting, reusing and recharging Rust Belt properties, particularly two Dayton properties known as
- Progress Park, fdba the old GM Moraine Assembly Plant in Moraine, Ohio, a Dayton suburb;
- the newly-minted Air Commerce, site of the former UPS/Emery Worldwide Hub near the Dayton International Airport.

Mr. Semarjian was the guest of WHIO-TV Anchor Jim Otte.

Mr. Semarjian is a graduate of Kent State University and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (SIOR), as well as the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). He's also a licensed REALTOR with the Cleveland Area Board of REALTORS (CABOR).
