FranchiseKnowHow Publishes New Report. Home Care Franchises: Opportunities and Challenges

The report details the home care industry and growth of franchising. It includes interviews with franchisors and noted home care industry experts.

2011-06-01
STONYBROOK, NY, June 01, 2011 (Press-News.org) FranchiseKnowHow has released a report on franchising in the home care industry. The report presents an overview of the $75 billion dollar home care industry and how franchising, with over 4,500 franchise locations, has developed a unique niche.
This report will be a valuable resource for investors, home care franchisors, franchisees and prospective franchisees.

Ed Teixeira, President of FranchiseKnowHow, author of the report, is a franchise industry expert who has spent over 30 years in the franchise industry. With over 15 years of experience in the franchised home care sector he has served as a senior executive for a publicly traded home care franchisor as well as being a franchisee owner of a multi-million dollar home care operation. His experience also includes Chief Operating Officer of a franchised medical staffing company.

Commenting on the report, Teixeira stated: "My objective was to present an overview of the home care industry and the unique role franchising plays in this business sector and what the future holds. Home care continues to grow as the population ages and as the government, insurance companies and families look for ways to control the cost of healthcare. This project has enabled me to draw upon my experience in both the home care and franchise industries."
The report is free to subscribers of the FranchiseKnowHow newsletters. To receive a complimentary copy go to FranchiseKnowHow.com.
