ATLANTA, GA, June 04, 2011 (Press-News.org) Voobon Ventures, a private equity company, and S.E.L.F Outreach, a non-profit organization, both headquartered in Atlanta, GA announced their partnership in hosting a canned food drive throughout the month of June 2011. The contribution from Voobon Ventures employees and S.E.L.F. Outreach staff will be donated to MUST Ministries, a faith-based, non-profit charitable organization dedicated to providing services to persons and families in crisis.
"Our company is very excited to be partnering with S.E.L.F. Outreach for such an important event. We have already begun collecting canned goods MUST Ministries is in need of, such as, spaghetti sauces, jellies, dried milk, and canned fruit. Voobon Ventures is thrilled to not only be involved in the donation process, but our staff has already started preparing for our next community involvement event we will be hosting in July," states Voobon Ventures Operations Manager, Michele Wolf.
Voobon Ventures recent partnership with S.E.L.F. Outreach and the future donations and contributions to MUST Ministries reflects their efforts to increase support of the surrounding areas. "Voobon Ventures believes investing in our community is investing in our future. We hope our increase in sponsorships and non-profit partnerships will open more doors for the neighboring communities," states Voobon Ventures CEO, Mark Shariar.
