Michigan Lexus Sale Offers Eco-Friendly Options to Celebrate "Green Month"

Michigan Lexus hybrids for sale and earth-friendly service specials are highlighted this September to celebrate "Green Month." Hybrid models such as new and used Lexus RXh's are available at Meade Lexus of Lakeside.

2010-09-16
UTICA, MI, September 16, 2010 (Press-News.org) The National Automobile Dealers Association has declared September to be "Green Month" in an effort to raise eco-friendly consumer awareness. This, coupled with the recent news that fuel-efficient Lexus hybrids have accumulated more than 5.5 billion miles on worldwide roads, has inspired one Michigan Lexus dealer to further the eco-friendly concept.

Meade Lexus of Lakeside (http://www.lexusoflakeside.com), a Lexus dealer serving Utica, Rochester, Troy, Grosse Pointe, Birmingham, and other surrounding Metro Detroit cities, offers a complete line of green-themed vehicles for environment-conscious drivers. Since the inception of the Lexus RX Hybrid, Lexus has led the luxury auto industry in hybrid innovation and promotion. Meade Lexus of Lakeside has four Lexus hybrids to choose from—these include three sedans, the HS, GS, and LS, and the RX SUV. And with Lexus' Certified Pre-Owned Event happening right now, also known as the "Season to Change", one can search Meade Lexus' used hybrid inventory in time to celebrate. A fifth hybrid option will arrive for the 2011 model year, the stylish CT 200h sportback.

Lexus isn't the only luxury hybrid manufacturer, as hybrids debut from Mercedes and BMW this year. Lexus, however, serves up a greater selection of models and dominates the market. According to the Detroit Free Press, "Toyota and its Lexus luxury brand dominate the U.S. gasoline-electric hybrid marketing with 69% sold in the first eight months of 2010."

For the month of September, Meade Lexus of Lakeside will not only be offering an array of green-themed vehicles, but it will also offer a green-themed special at its Metro Detroit Lexus Service department located in Utica, MI. Even if drivers do not own a hybrid ride, they can still take steps to protect their car and environment at the same time. Through a nearly 40% off BeGreen Service Special (http://www.lexusoflakeside.com/AboutServiceAndParts), Metro Detroit drivers can improve their fuel mileage, prolong their tire life, and decrease their vehicle's emissions. The $99.95 discounted service includes a nitrogen tire fill, tire balance, tire rotation, and a complimentary reusable Meade Lexus shopping bag.

Meade Lexus demonstrates a commitment to the environment and to its recent promise to be AskPatty Certified Female Friendly, since the AskPatty.com organization is also a supporter of earth-friendly programs and initiatives.

"We have many green-oriented customers," says Kristina Reid, a marketing associate at Meade Lexus of Lakeside and Meade Lexus of Southfield. "If we can meet their needs, we're not only satisfying our customers, but also the environment. It's a win-win."
