MINNETONKA, MN, June 06, 2011 (Press-News.org) Wilbrecht LEDCO, Inc. introduces new Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS) compatible LEDs for its front mount CR/BR and rear mount CRM series panel LED indicators.
The rugged indicators are environmentally sealed to IP66, and they are ideal for a variety of military applications, including aircraft avionics systems, communications equipment and battlefield hardware. Used as a direct replacement for incandescent lamps, the LEDs ensure minimal heat dissipation and high reliability for critical aerospace applications.
Available in nickel plated or black matte housings, the Night Vision Imaging System indicators are compliant per MIL-L-85762A and MIL-STD-3009. The NVIS compatible indicators are available in four NVIS LED color ranges: NVIS Green A, NVIS Green B, NVIS Yellow and NVIS Red.
Using a provided hex nut and gasket for a tight panel seal, the CR/BR series front mounts into a .312" (7.93 mm) hole, and the CRM series rear mounts into a .315" (8.00 mm) hole. Straight pin and wire lead terminations are available on both series. Popular custom options include internal resistors, connectors, custom wire lengths and MIL-Spec wire, including MIL-W-22759. NVIS compatible LED indicators are manufactured at Wilbrecht LEDCO's South Dakota factory, allowing a fast turn-around time.

After all, it is appealing to believe there will be plenty of time down the road for that sort of thing, and it can be uncomfortable to think about one's mortality. But, none of us knows just when our time on Earth will end, and if a well-crafted estate plan is not in place, we could potentially leave tangled messes for loved ones to figure out without any guidance or instruction. In addition, getting your affairs in order can bring you peace of mind.

Changes to New York Cell Phone Laws Will Impact Drivers' Records
In February, recent changes to New York's cell phone traffic laws took effect. New York has had restrictions on cell phone use while driving since 2001, but now the law stipulates that chatting on a handheld device can leave a black mark on drivers' records under New York's driver violation point system. The consequences of racking up enough points are severe -- motorists who receive enough cell phone citations can lose their driving privileges. As such, it is essential for commuters to understand the changes ...
