"Medical tourism is a growing field, but there is so much misleading and just plain false information on the Internet," says Steven Greene, CEO of Medical Tourism Arizona. "Our site's goal is to provide truth and transparency when it comes to professional orthopedic and medical travel services. Inc. Magazine recently featured an article on domestic medical tourism, reporting that employers are turning to U.S.-based healthcare providers and saving up to 50 percent on procedures ranging from total knee replacement to spinal fusion surgery.
