Two Page 1 Solutions Employees Presenting at DrupalCamp Colorado

Page 1 Solutions is proud to announce that two of their employees will be presenting on SEO techniques at the upcoming DrupalCamp Colorado meeting in Denver.

2011-06-09
GOLDEN, CO, June 09, 2011 (Press-News.org) Colorado-based Internet marketing and website design agency, Page 1 Solutions, is proud to announce that two of their employees will be speaking at the upcoming DrupalCamp Colorado meeting, June 11-12, 2011. John Donnelly and Patricia Woloch, both SEO Specialists at Page 1 Solutions, will be presenting "Basics of Search Engine Optimization: Making Your Drupal Site SEO Friendly While Improving Your Online Presence".

Drupal is an open-source content management system (CMS) and framework (CMF) that is used for building websites and web applications. DrupalCamp events are held across the country and are designed to help Drupal users, all from a wide range of technology backgrounds, develop and refine their skills on this platform. Attendees range from programmers, developers, website designers, search engine optimization (SEO) specialists, systems administrators, art directors, project managers, and more. These meetings also offer the opportunity for Drupal users to network and build the Drupal community within their own city. Being an open-source system, community is invaluable to the continued development of the platform and each individual user has the opportunity to grow the community and in turn, the platform.

When asked about his chance to present at DrupalCamp Colorado, John Donnelly said, "While Drupal is an excellent solution for developing search engine friendly websites, the CMS certainly has limitations. By configuring Drupal sites properly and using additional modules, we can dramatically improve our SEO services. Our presentation will focus upon increasing the understanding of search engine optimization for Drupal developers". John's co-presenter, Patricia Woloch, added, "I'm thrilled to have this opportunity to show the developer community a great way to help themselves and their clients. Building SEO friendly sites is important to the success of your business today and into the future, as the Internet gains traction as the primary source of information."

In addition to John and Patricia's presentation, Page 1 has over 13 additional employees attending DrupalCamp Colorado. The attendees are very excited about the meeting and they're all looking forward to learning how they can better use Drupal in their profession.

Page 1 Solutions has been developing CMS-based websites for the last few years with an emphasis on both the Drupal and WordPress platforms. Troy Dunn, Page 1's Chief Science Officer, was instrumental in the decision to begin developing websites in Drupal. Troy had this to say about attending the upcoming meeting, "Our company uses both Wordpress and Drupal to develop our clients' websites, but we may be one of the largest Drupal-ready firms in Colorado. We have over 200 Drupal sites running in an Aegir multisite system. So, attending DrupalCamp Colorado is a great place to share some of our experience and learn from others."

Page 1 Solutions, LLC, is an Internet marketing agency that specializes in the search engine optimization and website design for attorneys, dentists, ophthalmologists and cosmetic surgeons. Page 1 also offers custom video production, social media marketing, online reputation management, custom content writing and much more.
