Original Trails Launches Exclusive Nepal Itinerary Led by Red Hunt

Wild & Natural Nepal is a special tour created to show travellers a different side of Nepal. With ample time in Kathmandu and Pokhara, this active, yet leisurely paced, 15-day itinerary was created for nature lovers and photographers.

TORONTO, ON, June 09, 2011

Featuring a 5-day Annapurna foothills trek in the picturesque Himalayas and a Nepali family homestay in the historical town of Panauti, this tour stays true to the community-based tourism approach that Original Trails is known for.

A unique highlight of the tour is a journey to remote western Nepal and the pristine Bardia National Park. Home to tigers, leopards, rhinos, elephants and plenty of other wildlife, Bardia remains virtually untouched by tourism.

Along the way, local guides will bring the culture of Nepal to life, while Red Hunt will share his passion for nature, wildlife and photography with all participants, ensuring everyone gets the most out of this unique tour to Nepal.

Running from November 12-26 at a cost of $2090 per person, travellers can expect comfortable hotel and lodge accommodations, as well as convenient private transportation throughout.

Taking a unique approach to adventure travel, Original Trails not only designs and customizes trips around the world, but enriches the travel experience by taking people to local projects and initiatives that they actively support on every trip. Designed by the co-owners' personal experiences, trips are a blend of culture, history, nature, activeness and comfort. Supporting local communities both at home and abroad, Original Trails is also the official travel provider for an annual charity climb for the multiple sclerosis society of Canada.
