Continuing the tradition of in-house roasted meats, salads will be served with the signature meats that are prepared in-house every night along with the freshest produce and ingredients to ensure a truly mouth-watering meal. Salads will be rolled out to every location beginning today with the West Coast, followed by the Midwest then Eastern Regions.
The Capriotti's salads will include the Cap's Creation that allows the customer to build a garden salad with their choice of cheeses and one fresh meats, including the homemade turkey, tuna, Genoa salami, homemade roast beef, ham, steak or veggie turkey. Other salad offerings include the Black and Bleu with iceberg lettuce, shredded carrots, shredded purple cabbage, homemade roast beef, tomatoes and diced cucumbers topped with real bleu cheese crumbles and the Chopped Italian Salad with iceberg lettuce, shredded carrots, shredded purple cabbage, salami, capacola, ham, pepper ham, provolone cheese, garbanzo beans, black olives, tomatoes and diced cucumbers.
