The inspirational song "Specialty" highlights the importance of everyone tapping into their own unique talents to gain fulfillment and purpose of life. TolumiDE was born as Tolulope Olumide (which translates to "Thanks and Praise to God" in the Yoruba Language), in Canada and raised in Nigeria. TolumiDE is a singer-songwriter in the Urban Soul genre, her music is a fusion of R&B, Afro-pop, and Contemporary Gospel.

TolumiDE was a member of the popular Canadian all-female band called "Women Ah Run Tings". The group produced an eclectic collage of music fused with Dancehall, Roots Reggae, R&B, Rock and Hip Hop.
