POMPANO BEACH, FL, June 11, 2011 (Press-News.org) RAINN is the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization in the nation. RAINN provides support for sexual assault victims and their loved ones. The organization sponsors the National Sexual Assault Hotline, which is available 24/7 and staffed with trained volunteers. RAINN also provides education in communities across the U.S. on sexual assault prevention to help raise awareness. According to RAINN's statistics, every 2 minutes, someone in the U.S. is sexually assaulted. Each year there are over 200,000 victims of sexual assault in the country.
