RALEIGH, NC, June 11, 2011 (Press-News.org) Sharon Hill, a Triangle-based professional business etiquette and diversity trainer, radio talk show host, and Toastmaster's District Governor, encountered all manner of challenges during and after her long tenure as a development and marketing manager for Fortune 500 giant IBM, none of which could have fully prepared her to take on the task of selecting a caregiver for her own mother. On Tuesday, June 21, Hill will share her experiences as the keynote speaker for the 2011 Triangle Caregiver's Conference, an all day event aimed at providing respite, resolution, and resources to those faced with caring for loved ones. Hill's presentation, which draws on her experience with her mother's caregivers, is entitled, "I Thought I Knew It All Until I Met You! Lessons Learned: Who Knew Caregiving Could Be So Fulfilling?"
The 2011 Triangle Caregiver's Conference will take place on June 21 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event is open to the public. Tickets are priced at $5 for caregivers, $25 for professionals, and $35 for professionals seeking CEUs.
